★terms of service★

i. GENERAL

  • any ill behavior will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate cancellation and no refund

  • i have the right to decline any commission i am uncomfortable with

ii. PAYMENT

  • payment is required after the initial sketch is approved. Once payment is received, I will proceed with the final artwork

  • full refunds will only be provided if, for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission

  • i accept payments through ko-fi, and my prices are listed in USD

iii. USAGE

as the artist, I have every right to use the artwork to:

  • promote myself with the art in any place or site

  • to display the art anywhere to my liking

  • to post the art on social medias

the commissioner is allowed to:

  • use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only

  • print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself

  • use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist

Process

  1. contact me via discord

  2. title your message "commissions" with your desired commission type (e.g., rendered headshot)

  3. include reference images and any relevant details.

  4. once the sketch is approved, payment will be processed through ko-fi

  5. i will provide an estimated turnaround time and keep you updated throughout the process
